Agorapulse Pricing 2026: Per-User Costs and Plans
Agorapulse pricing in 2026: Standard $79/user/mo billed yearly, Professional $119, Advanced $149, Custom by quote. Team costs, add-ons and the free plan's end.

Agorapulse costs $79 per user a month on its Standard plan in 2026, billed yearly. Professional is $119 and Advanced $149 per user a month on the same terms, and Custom is priced by quote. Paying month to month adds $20 to $50 per user, depending on the plan. There is a 30-day trial with no card, and the old free plan is gone.
The seat prices, plan limits and feature gates below were read on 19 October 2026 on Agorapulse's pricing page, whose own savings line ("Save $240/year" on Standard) confirms which figure is the yearly rate. Billing rules, add-on prices and the end of the free plan come from Agorapulse's help center articles on pricing per user, X Lite and X Plus and the Archie plan, read the same day.
Toolradar data: Agorapulse is the third most cross-shopped of the 158 social media management tools Toolradar tracked on 18 October 2026, listed as an alternative by 54 other tools, behind only Hootsuite and Sprout Social at 68 each. In other words, most buyers who land here are pricing it against those two. The figures come from Toolradar's social media management statistics, and the directory record is Agorapulse on Toolradar.

Prices are per user as of Oct 2026. Yearly billing is a 12-month commitment paid upfront, with a reminder email one week before it renews. Agorapulse calls Advanced its most popular plan.
How much does Agorapulse cost per user?
Every person who logs in pays a full seat. Agorapulse's help center states that each additional user is charged at the same rate as the first, and the 10 profile slots are shared by the whole team, not granted per user. A second seat doubles the bill without adding a single profile.
Standard
Standard is built for one social media manager doing everything alone. It schedules unlimited posts across networks, runs the all-in-one inbox with comment moderation and Google review moderation, and includes the AI writing assistant, profile reports and white-label report exports. Support is 24/7 by email, with a first response time under six hours.
The gaps show up in workflow. Standard has no approvals, no first comment or thread scheduling, no Instagram grid preview and no Canva integration, and the content library holds 10 images and 2 videos. Reports look back six months only. A year at the yearly rate is $948, against $1,188 month to month.
Professional
Professional is the first plan for a team of two or more. It adds simple approval workflows, internal comments, post and inbox assignments, reply collision detection and a team performance report. Ad comment moderation, the link in bio tool, Instagram product tagging and Canva also start here, and live chat support joins email.
The limits are subtler. Saved replies, bulk scheduling and labels are still missing, so a community manager answering the same question fifty times a week will feel it. Data retention doubles to 12 months. Twelve months of Professional cost $1,428 billed yearly or $1,788 month to month for one seat.
Advanced
Advanced is the workhorse plan for agencies and busy brand teams. It adds bulk scheduling and bulk approvals, publishing queues, labels, saved replies, filter presets, advanced spam management, sentiment display and five shared calendars. Reporting gains cross-network group reports, scheduled report emails, ads reporting and the advanced ROI report, and Zapier connects here first.
What Advanced still lacks is enterprise plumbing. HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Looker Studio connect only on Custom, as do AI reply suggestions and Facebook post boosting. One seat costs $1,788 a year on yearly billing, $600 less than paying $199 every month.
Custom
Custom publishes no list price. It removes the profile cap and adds multi-step approvals, SSO, custom roles, feature visibility controls, a reports API, historical data import, video call support and a dedicated customer success manager. A security team that requires SSO has to buy this tier through sales.
What the seat price leaves out
Extra profiles cost $10 a month each on yearly billing, or $15 on monthly billing, once the shared 10 are used. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn pages and personal profiles, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and Google Business all count toward the cap. Ad accounts, Google Analytics and other integrations do not.
X is sold separately. Connecting an X account requires X Lite, at $29 per connected X profile a month for publishing only, or X Plus, at $69 per X profile a month for publishing plus the inbox and reports. Both add-ons sit outside the 10-profile count. For a brand that does customer care on X, X Plus is close to the price of a second Standard seat.
Three more add-ons, Advanced Listening, Advocacy and Competitive Benchmarking, are sold through a demo with no price on the page. A team that buys Agorapulse for brand monitoring beyond its own accounts cannot finish that budget from the public card. Automated moderation also stays thin on self-serve plans: one free rule per social profile, with one trigger condition, until Custom lifts the limit.
Nonprofits get 20% off Standard, Professional or Advanced, including user and profile add-ons, through a coupon applied at checkout. The discount does not cover Listening or the X add-ons. Payment is by credit card or PayPal.

Is there a free version of Agorapulse?
Not of the full product any more. Agorapulse removed its Free plan on July 6, 2026, for new and existing users. Former free users can switch to the free Archie plan, which needs no credit card and covers Archie, the company's AI content creation tool, plus the publishing calendar and drafts.
The Archie plan is narrow by design. It allows up to 50 profiles, but only on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, gives 10 credits a month, and new posts can only be created through Archie. There is no inbox and no reporting, so it is a repurposing tool, not a free scheduler. Teams that need a true $0 starting point should read best free social media schedulers.
The trial is the real free option. It runs 30 days in two halves: 15 days of the Advanced plan from sign-up, then a one-time 15-day extension you can start within 90 days. You can invite teammates for free during the trial, but every active or invited user becomes a paid seat the moment you subscribe, so remove anyone who should not be billed first.
What a team actually pays per year
The scenarios below use yearly billing for every tool, the plan each team needs for its workflow, and seat or channel prices published on the vendors' pricing pages on 19 October 2026. Totals are the published monthly rate times seats times 12, before tax.
| Team | Agorapulse | Hootsuite | Sprout Social | Buffer |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 manager, 10 profiles, inbox | Standard, $948 | Standard, $1,188 | Professional needed for 10 profiles, $3,588 | Essentials, 10 channels, $600 |
| 3 people, a lead approves posts | Professional, 3 users, $4,284 | Advanced for approvals, 3 users, $14,364 | Not compared | Team, 10 channels, $1,200 |
| 5 people, 20 profiles, bulk tools | Advanced, 5 users plus 10 extra profiles, $10,140 | Professional, unlimited accounts, $11,940 | Professional, unlimited profiles, $17,940 | Team, 25 channels, $1,800 |
The approval row is where Agorapulse wins outright. Hootsuite keeps approval workflows on its Advanced plan at $399 per user a month, while Agorapulse puts simple approvals on Professional at $119. For three people, that is roughly $10,000 a year of difference on list prices. Buffer is cheaper still because it prices by channel with unlimited team members, but its inbox is built for comments, while Agorapulse's also covers messages and Google reviews.
The solo row is closer. Agorapulse Standard and Hootsuite Standard both cover 10 profiles with an inbox, and the gap is $20 a month per user. Sprout Social caps its Standard and Essentials plans at five profiles, so a manager with ten accounts lands on its Professional seat.
The five-person row shows the profile cap at work. Agorapulse's 10 slots are shared, so a team running 20 profiles pays for 10 extra at $10 each, which is $100 a month on top of the seats. Even so, it stays below Hootsuite Professional, which includes unlimited accounts at $199 per user. If the team grows past 30 profiles, rerun the math: each block of 10 extra profiles adds $1,200 a year.
Yearly billing saves 20% on Standard and Professional and 25% on Advanced against the monthly rate. Three Professional seats paid monthly come to $447 a month, $1,080 more over a year than the yearly commitment. A team that is unsure should spend the trial deciding, rather than paying the monthly premium as a hedge.
The full ladders for the two seat-priced leaders are on Hootsuite pricing and Sprout Social pricing, and channel-priced options are covered on Buffer pricing and Metricool pricing. For cheaper tools on a five-profile budget, start with cheaper Sprout Social alternatives.
Is Agorapulse worth the price in 2026?
For a team of two to five that needs approvals and a shared inbox, yes. Professional brings approvals at roughly a third of what Hootsuite charges for its approval plan, and every plan carries 24/7 support with response times that tighten as you move up, from under six hours on Standard to under 30 minutes on Custom.
It is a weaker buy in three cases. A solo creator who only schedules pays for an inbox they will not use; Buffer's Essentials plan covers 10 channels for less. A brand that lives on X pays $69 a month per X profile for full access, which changes the comparison with Hootsuite. And a team that needs SSO, Salesforce or Slack has no self-serve route, because those sit on Custom.
The product view beyond the invoice is the Agorapulse review. The wider field is ranked in best social media management tools, with single-tool reads in the Hootsuite review, the Sprout Social review, the Sendible review and the Vista Social review. Teams leaving Hootsuite can start at Hootsuite alternatives. Directory records sit at Agorapulse pricing on Toolradar, Hootsuite on Toolradar and Sprout Social on Toolradar.

Standard, Professional and Advanced each include 10 social profiles, shared across all users on the account. More profiles cost $10 a month each on yearly billing or $15 on monthly billing. Custom has unlimited profiles. X accounts do not count toward the 10, because they need a separate X add-on.
