Sendible Review

What Sendible's five plans cost in 2026, how workspaces and the 6-profile rule shape an agency's bill, and how it compares with Agorapulse, Vista Social, SocialPilot and Buffer.

TL;DR

Sendible is worth it in 2026 for a small agency or multi-location brand that wants unlimited users and a separate workspace per client, at a fraction of per-seat tools' cost. Core costs $35 a month, Plus $99 and Premium $199, with 15% off on yearly billing. Every workspace holds 6 social profiles, and you buy more workspaces as you add clients.

Its strongest point is pricing by workspace instead of by seat: a team of ten pays the same as a team of one. Its weak spot is the solo user, who pays Core's full price for 6 profiles when Buffer charges $5 a channel billed yearly. Pick Sendible when you manage several clients with a team; pick Buffer or SocialPilot for one brand on a tight budget.

Sendible is a social media management platform built for agencies and brands with several locations. It schedules posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Google Business Profile and WordPress, runs a shared inbox for comments and messages, and produces client reports. Its 2026 pricing is organised around workspaces, one per client, brand or location.

This review prices all five plans, works out what a typical five-client agency pays, and compares that bill with four rivals. Every price is in US dollars and was checked on each vendor's own pricing page in October 2026.

Toolradar data: on Toolradar, the software directory we run, Sendible is listed as an alternative to 29 other tools and ranks as the #7 most-listed alternative among 156 social media management tools, as of October 2026. That makes it one of the names a buyer in this category is most likely to see next to the tool they started with.

MarketingShot data: this newsletter reached 35,000+ marketers as of October 18, 2026, with a 32% average open rate; our own newsletters are sent on beehiiv, and no tool on this page is part of our stack.

How we compared: Sendible against Agorapulse, Vista Social, SocialPilot and Buffer on entry price, how users and profiles are counted, and the monthly cost for an agency running 20 profiles across 5 clients with 3 team members. Methodology: all prices come from the vendors' public pricing pages, read in October 2026, and the scenario totals are our own arithmetic. We did not test any of these tools.

What is Sendible?

Sendible is a social media scheduling, inbox and reporting tool priced by workspace rather than by user. A workspace is a self-contained space for one client, brand or location, with its own profiles, calendar, message queue and reports.

Each workspace includes 6 social profiles, every plan includes unlimited users, and a growing agency adds workspaces instead of seats. That makes the bill track the number of clients you serve, not the size of your team.

How Sendible works

You connect each client's accounts inside that client's own workspace, then schedule posts, answer comments and messages from one priority inbox, and send reports, so a client never sees another client's calendar.

Standard reports cover each network plus a combined engagement report, and Sendible pulls images from Google Drive or Dropbox and connects to Canva.

Core covers 1 workspace with bulk scheduling, monitoring and standard reports. Plus raises that to 3 workspaces and adds assignment and approval workflows, so clients can sign off posts before they publish.

Premium covers 7 workspaces and adds content libraries, custom branded reports, campaigns, dedicated onboarding and a dedicated account manager.

Elite covers 15 workspaces and adds bulk posting with dynamic fields, which personalise one post across many locations, plus role-based permissions. Enterprise covers 50 workspaces with single sign-on. White labelling, which puts your own brand on the dashboard, domain, reports and emails, is a paid add-on on Elite and Enterprise only.

Sendible key features

Unlimited users on every planEssential
Add teammates, freelancers and clients without seat fees. For an agency of more than two people this is usually the single biggest saving against per-user tools.
Workspaces of 6 profiles eachEssential
Each client gets its own space for profiles, calendar and reports. Extra workspaces cost less on each higher plan, down to $15 a month on Enterprise, so the unit price falls as you grow.
Approval workflows (Plus and up)
Assign posts to teammates or clients for sign-off before publishing. Core lacks this, which rules Core out for most client work.
Custom branded reports (Premium and up)
Reports carry your logo and colours with no Sendible branding, ready to send to clients on a schedule.
Dynamic fields for multi-location posting (Elite and up)
Placeholders fill in names, cities or services per profile, so one post can run across dozens of locations. Franchises are the main audience.

Sendible pricing

Sendible publishes five plans, each with a monthly price and a yearly price 15% lower. Plus is $84.15 a month billed yearly, Premium $169.15, Elite $299 a month or $254.15 yearly, and Enterprise $750 a month or $637.50 yearly. Each extra workspace adds 6 profiles: $30 a month on Plus, $25 on Premium, $20 on Elite and $15 on Enterprise at monthly rates.

White labelling costs more than the plan alone: Sendible prices Elite with white label from $349 a month and Enterprise with white label from $800 a month, under a contract. Registered nonprofits get 15% off any plan each month.

A worked example for an agency with 5 clients, 4 profiles each (20 profiles) and 3 team members. On Sendible, Plus plus 2 extra workspaces costs $159 a month, or $135.15 a month billed yearly ($1,621.80 a year). On Vista Social, Advanced covers 30 profiles and 3 users for $1,910 a year. On Agorapulse, Standard at 3 users plus 10 extra profiles comes to $447 a month on monthly billing, because both users and profiles are charged. On SocialPilot, Premium covers 25 accounts and 6 users for $100 a month with client approval. On Buffer, Team costs $10 per channel a month billed yearly, which is $2,400 a year for 20 channels.

Prices were read on Sendible's pricing page, Vista Social's pricing page, Agorapulse's pricing page, SocialPilot's plans page and Buffer's pricing page in October 2026.

Sendible pros and cons

What we like

  • Unlimited users on every plan, clients included
  • Each workspace keeps a client's profiles, calendar and reports separate
  • Extra workspaces get cheaper on higher plans, down to $15 a month

What could be better

  • Core has no approval workflows
  • White label is an add-on from $349 a month on Elite
  • A solo user pays for 6 profiles even if they need two

Who Sendible is for

Sendible fits an agency with a handful of clients, or a brand with several locations, where many people need access. Workspaces keep each client's calendar and reports apart, approvals on Plus let clients sign off posts, and nobody pays per seat. Premium is the natural home for an agency around seven clients that wants branded reports and a named account manager.

Skip it if you run a single brand alone: with two or three channels, Buffer's per-channel pricing comes in below Core, and you would not use the unlimited seats anyway. Agencies that want their own brand on the software should budget for the white label add-on, which starts well above the Elite plan price. The bottom line

Sendible earns its price for agencies and multi-location brands, where unlimited users and per-client workspaces beat per-seat pricing. In our five-client scenario it costs less than Vista Social, Agorapulse and Buffer on yearly billing, and every client can log in to approve posts at no extra cost. Plus is the sensible starting plan for client work; Premium suits an agency that wants branded reports and a dedicated account manager.

The caveats are real. Core lacks approvals, the 6-profile workspace can leave unused slots, and white label is a separate, contract-based cost. SocialPilot undercuts it for a budget agency that can live with user caps, and Buffer is cheaper for a single brand.

Is Sendible good for agencies?

Yes. Sendible gives each client its own workspace, includes unlimited users so clients can log in, and adds approval workflows from the Plus plan. Premium adds custom branded reports and a dedicated account manager, and white label is available on Elite and Enterprise.

Does Sendible charge per user?
