How much does the lemlist Email plan cost?

The Email plan is the one lemlist plan that is not priced per user. You pick a monthly sending volume, and every teammate and every sender address comes included. That makes it the cheapest way for a growing team to share one outbound tool, as long as the team only sends email.

Monthly emails Yearly billing Quarterly billing Monthly billing
50,000 $55/mo $62/mo $69/mo
100,000 $71/mo $80/mo $89/mo
200,000 $127/mo $143/mo $159/mo
500,000 $287/mo $323/mo $359/mo
1,000,000 $527/mo $593/mo $659/mo
Above 1,000,000 Talk to sales Talk to sales Talk to sales

The steps are uneven, and that matters when you size the plan. Doubling the volume from the entry tier adds only $16 a month on yearly billing, while the jump from 200,000 to 500,000 more than doubles the bill. A team sending around 60,000 emails a month should buy the second tier rather than throttle campaigns to fit the entry one.

What the Email plan leaves out is every other channel. There is no LinkedIn automation, no SMS and no dialer, and the lead finder runs on credits you buy separately. lemwarm warm-up and the deliverability protections are included on every plan, so you are not paying extra to keep mail out of spam.

How much does the Multichannel plan cost per user?

Multichannel costs $87 per user a month on yearly billing, $99 on quarterly and $109 on monthly. Every person who runs sequences needs a seat, which is the opposite of the Email plan's model. In return, emails and messages are unlimited, so volume stops being the constraint.

Each seat includes five sender addresses, LinkedIn automation (profile visits, follows, connection requests, voice notes and messages), SMS automation, the built-in call dialer with VoIP integrations, and the Gmail and LinkedIn extensions. It is the plan for SDRs whose sequences mix an email, a LinkedIn touch and a call.

Three extras sit on top of the seat. More sender addresses cost $9 per email address a month, WhatsApp steps are a $20 per user monthly add-on, and the dialer works with your own number for free or a lemlist number at $15 a month with 400 calling minutes included each month. An SDR who rotates eight inboxes pays for three extra senders, $27 a month on top of the seat.

Enterprise

Enterprise publishes no list price and starts at five seats. It adds at least five senders per user, the ability to run lemlist from inside your CRM, custom user roles and permissions, custom terms, SSO and SAML, a dedicated account manager and priority support. lemlist's FAQ points it at IT-managed companies and finance teams that cannot pay by card.

What do lemlist credits and signals cost?

Lead data is not in the plan price. Finding emails and phone numbers, enriching leads and receiving buying signals all run on credits, and those lookups draw on the 650M+ lead database. $1 of credits covers 20 emails or 5 phone numbers, credits are charged only on successful results, and unused credits roll over for as long as the subscription stays active.

Data add-on Yearly billing Monthly billing What it buys
2,000 credits $16/mo $20/mo 400 emails or 100 phone numbers
5,000 credits $39/mo $49/mo Waterfall enrichment across 25+ providers
10,000 credits $75/mo $94/mo Email verification, LinkedIn enrichment, API access
25,000 credits $180/mo $225/mo Same features at higher volume
100,000 credits $666/mo $833/mo Same features at higher volume
100 signals $21/mo $29/mo Real-time alerts when a lead shows buying intent
1,000 signals $171/mo $238/mo Same alerts at higher volume

The phone rate is the trap. At 20 credits per number, the 10,000-credit pack finds 500 phone numbers a month, so a calling team on Multichannel can spend nearly as much on data as on seats. lemlist also prints tiers at 50,000 and 200,000 credits and at 200, 500 and 5,000 signals.

Is there a free lemlist plan or trial?

There is no free plan. The free trial lasts 14 days and opens the Multichannel plan's features except in-app calls, with 200 free credits to find emails and phone numbers and test buying signals. You can also try lemAgent, lemlist's AI agent, on your own data before paying to launch what it builds.

200 credits is enough for 40 email lookups or 10 phone numbers, so the trial tests the workflow, not a real campaign's data needs. Plan the trial around one sequence you already have contacts for.

What a team actually pays per year

The scenarios use lemlist's yearly rates unless noted and the plan each team needs. Totals are the published monthly rate times seats times 12, before tax.

Team lemlist plan and yearly cost Instantly, yearly billing
Founder, email only, about 100,000 emails a month Email 100k, $852 Hypergrowth, 125,000 emails, $77.6/mo, $931.20
Same founder plus 2,000 data credits a month Email 100k plus credits, $1,044 Instantly sells lead credits as a separate plan
3 SDRs, email plus LinkedIn and calls Multichannel, 3 users, $3,132 Not compared
5 people sharing email-only outreach at 100k Email 100k, $852 Hypergrowth, $931.20
5 people who all need LinkedIn Multichannel, 5 users, $5,220 Not comparable

The five-person rows are the whole pricing story. The same five people pay $852 a year if they share email-only outreach and $5,220 if every one of them needs LinkedIn steps. That $4,368 gap is the price of the multichannel seat model, and it is worth paying only if LinkedIn and calls drive replies for your market.

On pure email, lemlist and Instantly sit close. lemlist's second Email tier costs $79.20 less a year than Instantly's Hypergrowth on yearly billing, while Instantly's tier sends 25,000 more emails a month. Instantly's Growth plan starts lower at $37.6/mo on yearly billing, but it caps sending at 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts, a different buyer from anyone on lemlist's entry tier.

Monthly billing widens every row by 25%. Three Multichannel seats paid monthly are $327 a month, $792 more over a year than the yearly commitment. Quarterly billing is the middle path for a team that wants a shorter commitment and still a 10% discount.

The full Instantly ladder, including its lead credits and bundles, is on Instantly pricing, and the two tools go head to head in lemlist vs Instantly. For prospect data at a lower price, see cheaper Apollo alternatives.

Is lemlist worth the price in 2026?

For a team that sells through more than one channel, yes. The Multichannel seat bundles LinkedIn automation, SMS, a dialer and unlimited sending, which would otherwise mean stitching two or three tools together. For an email-only team, the Email plan's unlimited users make it one of the better-value shared setups at its volume.

It is a poor fit in two cases. A solo sender with a few thousand emails a month pays for a volume tier many times larger than they need. And a team that relies on lemlist's database for phone numbers should budget the credits first, because at 20 credits a number, data can rival the seat cost.

The product view beyond the invoice is the lemlist review. Single-tool reads on rivals are in the Instantly review and the Smartlead review. Deliverability tooling is ranked in best email deliverability tools, and list hygiene in best email verification tools. Directory records sit at lemlist on Toolradar and Instantly on Toolradar.
