AI Visibility Tracker Pricing in 2026: What Peec, Profound, Otterly and Others Cost
AI visibility tracker prices in 2026 for 50 prompts on three engines: Otterly $189/mo, AthenaHQ $295/mo, Scrunch $300/mo, Goodie $399/mo. USD, checked 10 Oct 2026.
Short answer: For 50 tracked prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, billed monthly, Otterly.AI's Standard plan is the cheapest paid plan that holds all 50, at $189 a month on the vendor's own page. Ahrefs' Brand Radar package costs less at $100, but it meters checks instead of selling a plan. AthenaHQ ($295), Scrunch ($300) and Goodie AI ($399) come next. Profound publishes only a free trial and a custom quote.
Every price here is the vendor's own list price, verified on its pricing page on 10 October 2026. We priced one scenario for every tool so the numbers compare, and we show our arithmetic wherever a plan's limits do not match that scenario. Peec AI is the one tool we cannot put in dollars, and we explain why below.
Ahrefs data: "ai visibility tracker" drew 2,400 US searches a month with a traffic potential of 9,600, and "best ai visibility tools" drew 2,000, both in Ahrefs on 10 October 2026. Buyers are asking what these tools cost, and the answer depends on prompts, engines and seats far more than on the headline price.
The scenario we priced
Our scenario is 50 tracked prompts across three AI engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. A tracked prompt is a question a buyer puts to an assistant, such as "best AI visibility tool for a 20-person agency". Fifty prompts is a realistic set for a small marketing team watching one category, and three engines is a sensible floor, because the same brand can be cited by one engine and absent from another.
Those three engines sit on the base plans of Otterly.AI, AthenaHQ, Scrunch and Goodie AI, so none of them needs an engine add-on to price this scenario. Ahrefs prices by check instead, which makes its figure depend on how often you check, and we spell out that assumption below.
We used monthly billing throughout. Where a vendor prints an annual price, we mention it. Where it does not, we leave the figure out rather than estimate one. To shortlist the tools first, start with our best GEO and AI search optimization tools ranking, then use this page for what they cost.
At a glance: 50 prompts on three engines, billed monthly
| Tool | Entry price | Cost at scenario | Free plan (limits) | Billing basis | Hidden costs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ahrefs Brand Radar package | $50/mo for 2,500 checks | $100/mo (Growth, 7,000 checks) | None listed | Monthly; $0.015 per check over 7,000 | Metered by check; daily checks use 4,500 a month (our assumption) |
| Otterly.AI | $29/mo for 15 prompts | $189/mo (Standard, 100 prompts) | None listed; trial for new users | Monthly; annual price not printed | Claude, Gemini and Google AI Mode cost extra |
| AthenaHQ | $295/mo (Starter) | $295/mo plus credits for daily checks | Essential: 300 credits a month, 5 engines | Monthly; 1 credit per AI answer | 900 credits short at daily checks; top-ups billed on top of the plan |
| Scrunch | $300/mo month-to-month | $300/mo (Starter, 350 custom prompts) | None listed; 7-day trial | Monthly, or $250/mo billed annually | 3 user licenses on Starter |
| Goodie AI | $399/mo (Core) | $399/mo (120 prompts, 5 engines) | None listed; 7-day trial | Monthly; annual price not printed | Pro is $999/mo for 250 prompts |
| Profound | No self-serve price | Custom quote | 7-day trial, 50 prompts a day | Enterprise, custom | Nothing to rank on list price |
| Peec AI | No dollar price tied to its site | Not converted | Not verified in dollars | Not verified in dollars | Euro list prices not converted |
Read the table by cost at the scenario, not by the entry price in the second column. The entry price is what a buyer sees first, and it is often a plan that cannot hold 50 prompts.
Otterly.AI: the cheapest paid plan that holds 50 prompts
Otterly's Lite plan costs $29 a month, but it tracks only 15 prompts, which is too few for this scenario. The Standard plan at $189 a month holds 100 prompts, and Premium at $489 a month holds 400. The base plan includes ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, so the three engines in our scenario come with it.
Claude, Gemini and Google AI Mode are add-ons. A team that needs Claude coverage pays for it on top of the Standard price. Otterly offers a free trial to new users, with no length stated, and no free plan. Its annual toggle says "15% off" but prints no annual figures, so we used the monthly prices only.
Ahrefs Brand Radar: cheaper, but metered
Ahrefs sells Brand Radar prompt packages on its pricing page: Basic at $50 a month for 2,500 checks, Growth at $100 for 7,000 checks and Scale at $250 for 25,000. One check is one prompt on one platform in one location, and overage on Growth costs $0.015 per check.
The page does not say how often a check runs, so our analysis assumes one check per prompt, per engine, per day. That is 50 prompts times three engines times 30 days, or 4,500 checks, which fits Growth with room to spare. At a weekly check the same scenario needs about 650 checks a month, which fits Basic. The package is priced by check alone, so compare what the dashboard shows before you treat $100 as a like-for-like price. Ahrefs' own plans include 5, 10 or 20 tracked prompts on Lite, Standard and Advanced, and our Ahrefs pricing breakdown covers those limits. If you are also choosing an SEO suite, our best AI SEO tools roundup covers that side.
AthenaHQ: credits, one per AI answer
AthenaHQ meters by credit, and one credit equals one AI answer. Its free Essential plan gives 300 credits a month across five engines, enough for two full runs of 50 prompts on three engines, since each run is 150 answers. The Starter plan is $295 a month for 3,600 credits and 11 engines, with unlimited seats.
Our analysis: 50 prompts on three engines checked daily is 4,500 answers a month, so Starter runs 900 credits short. The page says extra credits and API access are paid add-ons but prints no price for them, so daily checks cost the Starter price plus a top-up we cannot price from the page. Annual billing is 17% off according to the page, without a figure we could quote.
Scrunch: the only printed annual price
Scrunch's Starter plan is $300 a month on a month-to-month basis, or $250 a month billed annually. It includes 350 custom prompts, 1,000 industry prompts, three user licenses and a 7-day free trial. The Growth plan steps up to $500 a month month-to-month, for 700 custom prompts and five licenses.
Our analysis: paying annually saves $50 a month, or $600 a year, which makes Scrunch the only plan in this table with a printed annual price. Its Starter plan lists seven engines on the base plan, including Claude and Gemini, so those two come without an add-on there.
Goodie AI: the highest entry price
Goodie's Core plan costs $399 a month for 120 prompts across five engines: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Copilot. It includes five seats and a 7-day free trial. The Pro plan is $999 a month for 250 prompts and eight engines, with unlimited seats.
The billing toggle offers monthly, quarterly and annual options, but the page prints no per-plan annual figure, so we used the monthly price. The page shows dollar signs without naming a currency code, and we read them as US dollars, the same as the rest of this table.
Profound and Peec AI: no dollar price to rank
Profound offers a 7-day free trial that runs 50 prompts a day on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Beyond the trial, its Enterprise plan is a custom package with no list price. A custom quote cannot sit beside published list prices in a cost ranking, so Profound stays outside the order above, and a buyer should expect a sales conversation before any number appears. If brand mentions matter more than prompt tracking, our best brand monitoring tools roundup compares that category.
Peec AI is the awkward case. The euro prices we hold for it, from our own Peec AI review and our software listing, are not converted here, and Peec's pricing page shows no dollar price, so no dollar figure is tied to it. Until a dollar price is printed on Peec's own site, it stays out of the table. Treat any dollar figure you see for Peec on a third-party site as unverified.
The hidden costs, in one list
- Engines: Otterly charges extra for Claude, Gemini and Google AI Mode, and Scrunch's Starter includes them.
- Credits: AthenaHQ's daily checks need 900 more credits than Starter holds, and top-ups are billed on top of the plan.
- Checks: Ahrefs charges $0.020 per check over Basic's 2,500 and $0.015 over Growth's 7,000.
- Seats: Scrunch includes three user licenses on Starter and five on Growth, Goodie includes five seats on Core, and AthenaHQ includes unlimited seats on Starter.
- Annual billing: only Scrunch prints an annual price, at $250 a month against $300 month-to-month.
Where the order flips
The ranking holds for 50 prompts on three engines. At 15 prompts, Otterly's Lite plan at $29 is the cheapest by a wide margin, but our 50-prompt set does not fit it. Past 350 custom prompts, Scrunch's Starter no longer holds the set, and Growth at $500 a month costs $11 more than Otterly's Premium at $489, which holds 400 prompts.
Ahrefs' Growth package loses its edge once a team checks daily across more engines. Every 1,000 checks above 7,000 adds $15, so a heavier scenario moves the package toward the middle of the table fast.
How we verified this
Each price comes from the vendor's own pricing page, read on 10 October 2026: Otterly.AI, Ahrefs for its Brand Radar packages, AthenaHQ, Scrunch, Goodie AI, Profound and Peec AI. The Ahrefs keyword volumes come from Ahrefs' US database on the same day.
Figures marked "our analysis" are our arithmetic on those prices, and each one states its assumption beside it. Most of these pages show dollar signs without naming a currency code, so we read them as US dollars. We used monthly prices throughout and annual prices only where the vendor printed one. Our software directory keeps listings for Otterly, Profound, Scrunch and AthenaHQ for a software-buyer view. Check each vendor again before you buy, because plan limits change without notice.
