Unbounce Pricing 2026: What Each Plan Includes

Unbounce pricing in 2026: Starter $29, Build $99, Experiment $149 and Optimize $249 a month, or 25% less billed yearly. Visitor caps, overage fees and scenarios.

Unbounce Pricing 2026: What Each Plan Includes

Unbounce costs $29 a month for Starter, $99 for Build, $149 for Experiment and $249 for Optimize on monthly billing. Billed yearly, the same plans cost $22, $74, $112 and $187 a month, which Unbounce rounds to a 25% saving. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial with no credit card, and A/B testing starts on Experiment. Prices are in US dollars, read on Unbounce's pricing page on October 19, 2026.

The sticker price is the smaller half of the decision. Every Unbounce plan is capped by unique monthly visitors, and the cap, not the page count, is what pushes most paid-media teams up a tier. Read the visitor column before the price column.

Unbounce plans at a glance

Plan Monthly billing Yearly billing (per month) Unique visitors a month Users Root domains Pages
Starter $29/mo $22/mo 500 1 1 5
Build $99/mo $74/mo 20,000 1 1 Unlimited
Experiment $149/mo $112/mo 30,000 3 2 Unlimited
Optimize $249/mo $187/mo 50,000 5 3 Unlimited
Concierge Contact sales Contact sales From 100,000 15 5 Unlimited
Agency Contact sales Contact sales From 50,000 From 5 From 10 Unlimited

Every plan includes unlimited conversions, unlimited subdomains, 100+ templates, free hosting and phone, email and live chat support. Unbounce's MCP server, which lets Claude or ChatGPT build and manage pages, is on all plans and during the trial. Yearly billing is charged once a year; Unbounce prints the monthly rate, not an annual total.

Toolradar data: Toolradar, the software directory we run, tracks 70 landing page tools as of October 19, 2026, and the median cheapest paid plan is $18 a month across the 23 that publish a price. Unbounce's Starter sits close to that median, but every plan above it costs four times as much or more, which is where its testing and AI routing live. Unbounce is also listed as an alternative to 28 other tools on Toolradar, fourth among those 70, so buyers cross-shop it often.

What changes at each step up

Starter: a test drive with a hard ceiling

Starter covers a drag-and-drop builder, 5 pages, lead gen forms, free hosting and one user on one root domain. It suits a local business or a consultant running one offer page and a thank-you page.

The catch is the traffic allowance: 500 unique visitors a month is roughly 17 a day, so one modest ad campaign outgrows it in its first week. Starter also has no popups, no sticky bars and no client sub-accounts.

Build: unlimited pages, still one person

Build removes the page limit, raises traffic to 20,000 visitors and adds popups and sticky bars, multi-step forms, AI copywriting, custom code and scripts, and 1,000+ integrations. It is the plan for a solo marketer who ships many campaign pages and does not test them against each other.

Two limits decide whether Build is enough. It still allows only 1 user, so a freelancer, a designer or a second marketer cannot log in. And Build has no A/B testing at all, which is why so many ad teams skip it.

Experiment: the first plan that tests

Experiment, which Unbounce labels its most popular plan, adds unlimited A/B testing, unlimited variants, manual traffic allocation, confidence intervals, dynamic text replacement (the headline swaps to match the visitor's search term) and conversion reporting. Traffic rises to 30,000 visitors, users to 3 and root domains to 2.

The step from Build costs $50 a month on monthly billing and $38 on yearly. For a team spending a few thousand dollars a month on ads, a single winning variant usually covers that. For a team that never runs a test, it is money spent on a feature that sits idle.

Optimize: AI routing and more headroom

Optimize adds Smart Traffic, Unbounce's AI optimization that sends each visitor to the variant most likely to convert for someone like them, plus page, popup and sticky bar scheduling, advanced triggers, industry benchmarking and audience insights. Traffic reaches 50,000 visitors, users 5 and root domains 3.

The 5 users matter as much as the AI: a team of four or five has no cheaper self-serve home on Unbounce.

Concierge and Agency: quote only

Above Optimize, Unbounce sells two plans through sales only. Concierge starts at 100,000 visitors with 15 users, 5 root domains, implementation services and a dedicated success manager. Agency starts at 50,000 visitors, 5 users and 10 root domains, and adds a listing in Unbounce's agency partner directory. Neither has a public price, so budget for a sales call.

What happens if you go over your visitor limit?

Unbounce charges a one-time fee of $80 for every 10,000 visitors over your plan's limit, rounded up, at the end of the billing cycle, according to its traffic limit documentation. Pages keep running past the cap, and Unbounce emails you at 85% and 100% of the allowance. Upgrading before the cycle ends avoids the fee.

Rounding up is the part that stings small accounts. A Starter page that draws 1,500 visitors is 1,000 over the limit, which still costs a full block, more than three months of Starter on yearly billing. Allowances are per account, not per page or per client, so an agency with ten client pages on Optimize shares one 50,000 pool.

A visitor counts once per month however often they return, because Unbounce tracks them with cookies. Conversions are unlimited on every plan, so a page that converts well never costs more; only reach does.

Monthly or yearly billing?

Yearly billing takes $7 a month off Starter, $25 off Build, $37 off Experiment and $62 off Optimize. That is worth it for a team with an always-on lead gen program. It is the wrong choice for a one-off launch: a monthly plan cancels after the campaign, a yearly one does not.

Plan changes also work in one direction faster than the other: upgrades apply at any time, downgrades only at the end of the current billing cycle, monthly or yearly. On a yearly plan, stepping up for one busy month locks in the higher tier until renewal; on a monthly plan, you can step back down after a month.

Four cost scenarios, computed from list prices

These scenarios use the plan prices above and the overage block, read October 19, 2026, before tax. Competitor prices come from their own pricing pages the same day.

Buyer Traffic and team Unbounce plan and cost Why
Consultant with one offer page 400 visitors, 1 person, no testing Starter, $22/mo yearly Fits under the cap, 2 of 5 pages used
Solo PPC manager 15,000 visitors, 1 person, A/B tests Experiment, $112/mo yearly Build fits the traffic but cannot test
In-house team in a launch month 45,000 visitors, 3 people, A/B tests Optimize, $249/mo monthly Experiment plus two $80 blocks costs $309
Marketing team of four 25,000 visitors, 4 people, A/B tests Optimize, $187/mo yearly Experiment holds 3 users only

The launch month is the scenario most teams get wrong. Experiment covers 30,000 visitors, so a 45,000-visitor month is 15,000 over, which rounds up to two blocks. On monthly billing, staying on Experiment adds $160 in fees to that month, while upgrading to Optimize first costs $60 less in total and adds Smart Traffic. On yearly billing the upgrade would hold until renewal, so a team with one spike a year is better off paying the fee.

The four-person team pays for seats, not traffic: it needs neither Optimize's 50,000 visitors nor Smart Traffic, but Experiment's 3-user cap leaves no other self-serve option.

Leadpages is the cheapest route to A/B testing on monthly billing: Grow costs $50 a month less than Unbounce Experiment and has no visitor cap or overage fee, according to Leadpages' pricing page. Its AI visitor routing, also called Smart Traffic, sits on Optimize at $199 a month. Leadpages says annual billing saves 20%, but compare it with Unbounce's yearly rates only once you have read both figures on the same toggle.

Instapage costs more per plan but includes 10 team members on Create and Optimize, per Instapage's plans page. Its trial is capped at 2,500 visitors and needs a card. For a team of four that tests, Instapage Optimize on yearly billing comes in under Unbounce Optimize, which our Unbounce vs Instapage comparison breaks down plan by plan.

Unbounce's advantage is that it prints its overage price, and its entry plans let one marketer start for less. Read the Instapage review and the Leadpages review for the products beyond price, or the best landing page builders for the wider field, including ClickFunnels for full sales funnels.

What the price leaves out

  • Overage blocks. $80 per 10,000 extra visitors, rounded up, charged once at the end of the cycle.
  • Users. Starter and Build are single-user; extra seats come only with a higher tier.
  • Root domains. One domain on Starter and Build. A second brand on its own domain needs Experiment.
  • The trial's limits. One user, no custom domains and reduced traffic during the 14 days, so a real campaign cannot run on it.
  • Professional services. Onboarding, page migration and redesign are sold separately on any plan; Unbounce does not print their prices.
  • Heatmaps. No Unbounce plan lists them; teams pair it with a separate tool from our free heatmap tools list.

Is Unbounce worth it?

Unbounce is worth it for a paid-media team of up to three people that runs A/B tests every month: Experiment bundles testing, dynamic text replacement and 30,000 visitors at a lower monthly price than Instapage's testing plan. It also suits a solo marketer who needs many pages and no tests, on Build.

It is a poor fit for two buyers. A team of four or more pays Optimize prices for seats, and a high-traffic site that only needs publishing pays per 10,000 visitors where Leadpages charges nothing. The Unbounce review covers the builder and Smart Traffic in depth, and our best A/B testing tools list covers testing platforms that sit on top of any page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Unbounce cost per month?

On monthly billing, Starter is the cheapest plan at $29 a month and Optimize the most expensive self-serve plan at $249. Yearly billing cuts every plan by about 25%, and Concierge and Agency are priced by quote, so larger accounts should budget for a sales call.

Does Unbounce have a free plan?

No. Unbounce offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, limited to one user, no custom domains and reduced traffic. That is enough to build and preview pages, but not to run a live campaign on your own domain.

Which Unbounce plan includes A/B testing?

Experiment is the first plan with A/B testing, with unlimited tests and variants, manual traffic allocation and confidence intervals. Build, the plan below it, has no testing. Optimize adds Smart Traffic, which routes each visitor to the best-matched variant automatically.

What happens if I exceed my Unbounce traffic limit?

Your pages keep running, and Unbounce charges a one-time fee of $80 per 10,000 extra visitors, rounded up, at the end of the billing cycle. Upgrading before the cycle ends avoids the fee.

How much do you save with yearly billing on Unbounce?

About 25%, which works out to $7 a month off Starter and $62 a month off Optimize. Downgrades only take effect at the end of the billing cycle, so a yearly plan commits you until renewal.

Is Unbounce cheaper than Instapage?

For one to three people, yes: Unbounce Experiment is cheaper than Instapage Optimize on both billing options, at the same 30,000 visitors. Instapage includes 10 team members on its self-serve plans, so it becomes the cheaper testing option for teams of four or more.
