The Best UGC Platforms in 2026
Yotpo Starter is $15. Insense Brand is $1,500 a quarter, before you pay a creator. Bazaarvoice's median contract on Vendr is $36,002 a year. Two of these will not print a number.
Yotpo Reviews Starter is $15 a month at up to 50 orders; Pro is $169 to $469 by volume; Visual UGC galleries sit on Pro as an annual add-on or inside Premium ($699 to $1,249). Insense Brand is $500 a month billed quarterly ($1,500), or $400 a month billed yearly ($4,800), plus creator invoices from $100 a video and a 10% marketplace fee. Bazaarvoice has no list price; Vendr's 2026 median is $36,002 a year. Emplifi UGC (the current Pixlee TurnTo product) is a custom Social Commerce quote. Flowbox is also quote-only. TINT is no longer a standalone product.
UGC platforms collect, rights-clear and display customer photos, videos and reviews on your site, in email and at retail. That is a different job from an influencer platform, which buys reach on someone else's feed.
Briefs still mix the two, which is how a paid-social team ends up with a review widget, or a PDP team ends up with a creator marketplace.
TINT, the social-wall name a lot of RFPs still use, merged into TrueLoyal in August 2025.
Pixlee TurnTo is now Emplifi UGC. The products below are what you can actually buy in 2026.

Essential, Advanced and Intelligent Social Commerce tiers are all contact-sales. The only prices Emplifi prints are Social Marketing Essential at $1,249 a month and Advanced at $2,499 a month. PricingNo public list price on getflowbox.com. Sales quote, typically an annual contract, priced on traffic, domains and which modules you turn on (galleries, rights, visual search). TINT used to occupy this slot and no longer sells as a standalone UGC wall; it merged into TrueLoyal (with Zinrelo) in August 2025. Flowbox is the independent collector still doing social UGC, rights and shoppable embeds. Checked 1 September 2026.

What it is
A UGC platform either collects content customers already made (reviews, tagged photos, hashtag videos) and puts it on a product page, or commissions new content from creators you pay, with usage rights so you can run it as ads.
Bazaarvoice, Yotpo, Emplifi UGC and Flowbox are collectors. Insense is a commissioner. You can run both. They do not replace each other.
Rights clearance is the part that looks boring in a demo and is the reason you pay. A gallery of Instagram posts you do not have permission to use is a takedown, not a campaign.
Why it matters
The invoice shapes are not comparable until you name the job. A Shopify store that needs photo reviews can start Yotpo at $15. A brand that needs those same reviews on Walmart and Target is looking at a Bazaarvoice contract whose median, on Vendr, is $36,002 a year.
A performance team that needs 20 ad videos this month is on Insense, and the $500 platform fee is the small line. The creator invoices are the bill.
Buying the influencer stack for on-site galleries, or the review stack for paid creative, is the usual waste.
The related guide on influencer platforms covers reach. This one covers content you own and display.
Key features to look for
The bottom line
Name the surface first. On-site reviews and photos: Yotpo, Starter at $15, Premium $699 to $1,249 when you want Visual UGC included. Retail syndication: Bazaarvoice, quote, Vendr median $36,002 a year.
Shoppable social galleries without a review suite: Flowbox (quote) or Emplifi UGC (quote, and not the $1,249 Social Marketing plan). Ad videos you can run: Insense Brand at $500 a month quarterly, plus $100-and-up creator pay and 10%.
TINT is TrueLoyal now.
Pixlee TurnTo is Emplifi UGC. Do not buy an influencer seat for a gallery, or a gallery for a paid-social calendar.
